Calcium+ is our specially crafted mineral blend composed of gypsum-like minerals and pH buffers, ideal for use in bulk substrate, grain spawn, and more. This all-purpose additive not only helps raise the pH levels of your growing medium and enrich it with essential minerals, but also helps inhibit mold growth and increase germination success in grain-based setups.

Suggested Use:
There’s no exact required amount—this blend is forgiving and highly adaptable. A good starting point is to mix 2 tablespoons per 4 quarts of bulk substrate, or lightly dust freshly cooled grains before inoculation to promote better germination and prevent contamination.

These little jars were great for turning spores into ready to use mycelium culture. I could see the spores germinating with in 4 days after I added spores. I can’t wait to use the mycelium when it’s ready!

I was needing something with amuch smaller footprint the bigger tubs were getting in the way a lot. The only gripe I ever have is that the Midwest growkit systems always come with these weird detachable handles that look like something that a dog would like to chew up, or would be easy to misplace... Other than that love you guys, last month I got the Spore culture bottles 30 ml and expanded my pleurotus eryngii culture

New to Research, heard complaints of other Company's all-in-one bags getting Contaminated, many recommended Midwest. I know my process wasn't perfect and your bag made it to fruiting. Maxing out Strain size and shape, matching strain descripton and color. Ordered 5 more bags and 2 heating mats.
Ive ordered upwards of 50 bags of this substrate and only had 1 issue so its safe to say this is a quality product every bag has usherd in a succesful flush of my favorit strains so buy it
