We accept returns for any Non-Perishable** product in like new condition with the original packaging within 30 Days after receiving the order. Contact us for a return authorization number. Once we receive the return, we will process your refund within 2-3 business days to the original payment method used. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Perishable Products including Substrate Jars, Spawn Bags, Spawn Jars, Liquid Culture

We accept returns for any UN-opened items in the original packaging within 7 days after receiving the products, contact us for a return authorization number. Once we receive the return your refund will be processed within 2-3 business days to the original payment method used. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Please use a shipping carrier with tracking ability to ensure it is delivered to us.

**Excludes UV-C Wands, UV-C Lights, Bonsai Flowhoods, must be unopened for return/refund.

Order Cancellation

We will be happy to cancel an order after it is placed as long as it has not been shipped. Once a shipping label is created we cannot guarantee cancellation. Please note that we ship most orders 9am CST on the next business day. Refunds take 1-2 days to process.
