Returns, Refunds & Order Cancellation Policy
At Midwest Grow Kits, we strive to provide excellent products and customer service. Please review our return and cancellation policies below.
Non-Perishable Product Returns
We accept returns on most non-perishable products that are in like-new condition and include the original packaging.
- Return request must be made within 30 days of delivery
- Items must be in like-new condition
- Original packaging is required
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Tracking is strongly recommended on all return shipments
- Refunds are processed within 2–3 business days after the return is received
Please contact our support team to obtain a Return Authorization Number before sending any item back.
Perishable Product Returns
Due to the nature of these products, returns are accepted only for unopened items in their original packaging.
Examples include:
- Substrate Jars
- Spawn Bags
- Spawn Jars
- Liquid Culture Products
- Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery
- Products must remain unopened and unused
- Original packaging is required
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Refunds are processed within 2–3 business days after the return is received
Please contact our support team to obtain a Return Authorization Number before returning any perishable item.
Products Requiring Unopened Condition
The following products must remain unopened to qualify for a return or refund:
- UV-C Wands
- UV-C Lights
- Bonsai Flow Hoods
Order Cancellation Policy
We are happy to cancel orders before they ship.
- Orders may be cancelled if they have not shipped
- Once a shipping label has been created, cancellation cannot be guaranteed
- Most orders ship the next business day at approximately 9:00 AM CST
- Refunds are typically processed within 1–2 business days
