Freight Shipping Terms & Conditions
For all commercial or wholesale orders shipped via freight, the carrier will be selected at the sole discretion of Midwest Grow Kits.
We will make every reasonable effort to arrange a standard freight delivery service appropriate for the destination, which typically includes liftgate service for residential deliveries when required.
Standard Freight Service Does Not Include:
- Scheduled delivery appointments
- Inside delivery
- Pallet breakdown
- Limited access surcharges
- Re-delivery attempts
- Storage fees
- Special handling services
Addresses considered extended areas or remote locations may be subject to additional fees. Midwest Grow Kits will contact you after placing your order if additional freight needs to be collected before processing your order.
Customer Responsibility for Additional Charges
Any additional charges incurred during transit or delivery—including missed delivery appointments, re-delivery fees, limited access charges, storage fees, liftgate surcharges not previously applied, or special handling fees—are the responsibility of the customer.
If these charges are assessed by the freight carrier, the customer must pay these fees directly or reimburse Midwest Grow Kits prior to final delivery.
If the customer refuses or fails to pay these additional charges and the shipment is returned, the original freight charges are non-refundable and any additional return freight or carrier fees may be deducted from any eligible refund.
