How to use it
- Inoculate — wipe the port with an alcohol swab and inject 3–5 cc of spore solution, liquid culture, or drop in a clean agar wedge.
- Incubate at 76–82°F, out of direct light.
- Watch for growth — a white cloud of mycelium usually appears within 4–5 days.
- Stir regularly with the magnetic bar and external magnet to keep the mycelium in suspension.
- Draw and inoculate — pull culture into the 50 cc syringe and move it into grain jars or spawn bags.

How long until it is ready to use?
