I always air-dry my mushies with a fan, I was looking for something besides plates to use when harvesting my tubs. This tray is perfect, when you place this tray on a flat surface like a counter the bottom can still get air and my fan works perfect drying all parts of the mushrooms without having to rotate everything as often. Me…I’m the dummy. I struggled with maintaining humidity in my diy monotubs. The holes were never the right size or in the right place. Not with these. Perfect humidity. And I love the clamps. It’s like a child proof lock for me, warning me not to open until ready! Very well made. I wish I had found these sooner.
