These wide mouth mushroom jar lids turn standard wide-mouth mason jars into grain spawn or liquid culture jars. How to use them

1. Fill your jar. Load a wide-mouth jar with prepared grain or liquid culture media.
2. Fit the lid. Secure the lid on the jar so it sits flat and sealed.
3. Sterilize. Pressure-sterilize the jar with the lid in place.
4. Inoculate through the port. Once cool, wipe the port with alcohol and inject through it.
5. Reuse. Clean the lids after the run and use them again.
