4 oz of 35% food grade hydrogen peroxide in amber glass, with gloves, a transfer pipette and a dilution guide. Dilute 1:11 to make about 48 oz of 3% for cleaning tools and surfaces.

Description

This 35% food grade hydrogen peroxide comes in a 4 oz amber glass bottle, boxed with nitrile gloves, a transfer pipette and a printed dilution guide — a concentrate you mix down to the strength you need for cleaning tools, work surfaces and grow containers.

Diluted 1 part to 11 parts water, it makes about 3% peroxide, so one 4 oz bottle makes roughly 48 oz of 3% solution. Hydrogen peroxide breaks down into water and oxygen and leaves no residue behind.

Why growers keep 35% peroxide on hand

  • Mix your own strength – Dilute the concentrate to whatever strength the job calls for, instead of buying bottles of weak 3%.
  • Small bottle, lots of solution – One 4 oz bottle makes about 48 oz of 3% peroxide.
  • Breaks down clean – Hydrogen peroxide decomposes into water and oxygen and leaves no residue on tools or surfaces.
  • Food grade – 35% food grade hydrogen peroxide in light-blocking amber glass.
  • Ready to use safely – Gloves, a pipette for measuring and a dilution guide come in the box.

What's included

  • 4 oz amber glass bottle of 35% food grade hydrogen peroxide
  • Nitrile gloves

How to dilute and use it

  1. Gear up. Put on the included gloves and eye protection before opening the bottle.
  2. Water first. Measure clean water into a labeled container, then add the peroxide to the water.
  3. Mix to 3%. Use 1 part 35% peroxide to 11 parts water for about 3%. Follow the dilution guide for other strengths.
  4. Clean. Use the diluted solution to wipe down tools, work surfaces, still air boxes and tubs.
  5. Store safely. Cap the concentrate tightly and keep it in its amber bottle somewhere cool and dark.

Warning — 35% concentrate: 35% hydrogen peroxide is a strong oxidizer that can burn skin and eyes. Always wear gloves and eye protection, never use it undiluted, do not drink it, and keep it out of reach of children and pets. If it contacts skin or eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water.
