Its 24"×18" H14 HEPA filter, rated 99.995% at 0.3 microns, delivers true horizontal laminar airflow across a work surface more than 200% larger than a standard 12"×12" personal hood.

How it's used
- Assemble. Use the tool-free Turn-N-Click system — about 15 minutes.
- Power on. Let the HEPA-filtered air run for a few minutes to establish a steady laminar flow before starting work.
- Set up your work. Position agar plates, jars, spawn, or substrate within the wide sterile zone — there's room for a second person to work alongside you.
- Work in the airflow. Perform transfers, pours, or inoculations within the airflow zone, keeping hands and tools inside the curtain.
- Power off after use. Replace the HEPA filter after about 3,000 hours of use, or 3–5 years under normal use.
