Lion's mane and reishi are beginner-friendly and forgiving. Cordyceps militaris is more advanced — it grows on a nutrified substrate and benefits from stable temperature and light — but it's very achievable with a controlled setup.
What's the difference between a grow kit and a culture?
A grow kit is a complete, ready-to-fruit system — ideal for a first harvest with no extra equipment. A liquid culture or agar plate is living genetics you use to start unlimited grows yourself, for a lower cost per flush once you have a setup.
