Midwest’s Premium Liquid Culture Kit saves you time and money on any growing project. Simply inject 3–5cc of your favorite spores into the culture jar and watch it transform into liquid mycelium. In just a few days, it’s ready to inject into any substrate jar or spawn bag, cutting colonization times by over a week.

How It Works
Our proprietary 3.8% nutrient blend of distilled water, dextrose (glucose), extra light malt extract, and peptone creates the ideal liquid environment for spore germination.
After injection, incubate at 76–82°F for 4–5 days. A white cloud of mycelium will begin to form. Stir the jar using the included magnetic mixing bar and external magnet to break up the mycelium and prepare it for use.
Draw the liquid culture into the included 50cc syringe and begin inoculating. Each jar can be used to inoculate up to 84 half-pint substrate jars or 20 spawn bags. Once fully colonized, store the jar in the fridge for 3–4 months. For best results, use within 2–3 weeks of receipt.

I was needing something with amuch smaller footprint the bigger tubs were getting in the way a lot. The only gripe I ever have is that the Midwest growkit systems always come with these weird detachable handles that look like something that a dog would like to chew up, or would be easy to misplace... Other than that love you guys, last month I got the Spore culture bottles 30 ml and expanded my pleurotus eryngii culture

New to Research, heard complaints of other Company's all-in-one bags getting Contaminated, many recommended Midwest. I know my process wasn't perfect and your bag made it to fruiting. Maxing out Strain size and shape, matching strain descripton and color. Ordered 5 more bags and 2 heating mats.
Ive ordered upwards of 50 bags of this substrate and only had 1 issue so its safe to say this is a quality product every bag has usherd in a succesful flush of my favorit strains so buy it
