Cultivating mushrooms in large quantities has never been easier! Simply introduce your favorite spores or liquid culture, and you're ready to grow. Whether you're limited on space or just want a low-maintenance method, our All-in-One Bags provide the ideal solution. Requiring minimal setup and footprint, a bountiful harvest is just a few steps away.
Each 4 lb bag includes a pre-sterilized blend of 1.75 lbs of Milo/Millet & Rye Berries and 2.25 lbs of Coco Coir/Vermiculite. These bags are pressure sterilized in our autoclave for 180 minutes and shipped fresh daily, so you can trust the quality from the start.

How to Use:
- In a sterile environment, inject 4–5cc of your favorite spores or 5–10cc of liquid culture into the grain section through the black self-healing port.
- Incubate in a warm space (72–76°F). A heat mat or space heater may be used as needed.
- Once the grain is 50%–75% colonized, break and shake the bag to redistribute the mycelium.
- Let the bag re-colonize for 10–14 days.
- Expose the bag to light for at least 12 hours per day.
- Cut the top off and mist the inside walls once daily. Enjoy your harvest!

Perfect agar! Great job on agar quality, plate seal, and overall packaging. Many other vendors don’t seal and package well and the agar can start to lose volume and arrive in bad shape. These are my new favorite.

Grain bags are great I wasn't happy with the agar plates because they weren't wrapped individually and you didn't send any para film I feel like you guys should replace the five agar plates that I got when I undid the main rapper the lids got Jarred around and they ended up contaminated all of them but one the one I called a mushroom with so out of the five I only was able to use one of them but other than that your business has been great I love every product of everybody I bought a grow kit from you guys a few years back but overall very happy with Midwest grow kits
I got the 45 dollar all in one bag with monotub and their tubs are the best, their all in one bags are the best and cheapest, amd their substrate is the best with more mushroom growing ingredients than the competition..
I am going to buy the jars next so I can reuse for liquid culture,bag of substrate and 2 monotubs bc their tubs work wonders compare to modified bins. Simply the best in the business.

Really excited to try two of these All In One bags. One of them is already showing some promise and the other is tbd. But from what I've found is that isn't entirely abnormal with the different All In One bags available today. Still I'm excited to see some progress on one of them! I will definitely play around some more with these bags in the future.
