Description
Mycelium Morning is a Colombian Excelso light roast, freshly roasted in extremely small batches and blended with locally grown Lion's Mane and Reishi mushrooms. Unlike the instant mushroom coffees you have probably tried, this is real ground coffee that brews in your regular coffee maker — and it does not taste mushroomy.
What's In the Bag
The blend is 10% mushroom by weight, which works out to roughly 5g of mushroom solubles per serving. The mushrooms are Lion's Mane and Reishi, both grown by our team right down the street from where the coffee is roasted.
The cup itself is delicate and floral with a light sweetness and a subtle earthy depth underneath. The Reishi contributes most of that earthiness — it is a naturally bitter mushroom, and at 10% it reads as body and complexity rather than as bitterness.
A Local Collaboration
We made this with Swiss Mountain Coffee Roasters and From Spore to More. The beans are premium high-end Colombian Excelso, the mushrooms are ours, and the roasting and blending happen locally in very small runs.

This sells out most weekends at the farmer's market. Because of our roasting schedule we can only produce it once per month, so supply is genuinely limited — if it is out of stock, check back.

This definitely does the job and it’s an excellent product for the price. It took be about 2 hours to set it up and make all the necessary modifications. The FAN solution that comes with it is at best temporary but it will due the job until you can save up for a better fan.
I plan to make tinctures for the messed up nerves in my arms, and other chronic pain bs. Don't want to support too many opportunistic companies, so I just chose the source and be patient. So when i got this i was worried because of past experiences. Leave it up to midwest to be nice a patient with me. The team at bonsai gives great support . This flow hood is meant to run a little higher than normal clean room standards because most people need this working from home . This thing is nice and laminar. Very inform . With a speed contoller i average about .45 m/s across the face. It passed everyone one of my agar grid tests . Which blows my mind becuase i ran it through three diffrent 30 mins agar grid tests . Ive used a few flow hoods and this one is my favorite . Perfect for any home or small buisness.
