The Microppose® Smart Storage Lid turns any wide-mouth mason jar into humidity-controlled storage for dried mushrooms, herbs, and botanicals. A built-in digital hygrometer shows the humidity inside the jar in real time, and a silicone sealing ring holds an airtight fit so you can keep contents dry and stable whether you're storing for a week or a year.
The battery comes pre-installed and two silica desiccant packs are included, so it's ready to use straight out of the box.

How to dial in your jar
- Load the jar. Place your fully dried contents in a wide-mouth mason jar with one desiccant pack.
- Seal it. Twist the Smart Storage Lid on so the silicone ring seats evenly.
- Wait 30 minutes. Give the air inside the jar time to settle, then check the hygrometer reading.
- Fine-tune. Add the second desiccant pack to dry it out further, or a briefly damp paper towel to add moisture, until you hit your target range.
Target humidity for mushroom storage: aim for 50–55% RH for short-term storage (1–90 days) and 30–40% RH for long-term storage (90+ days).
