A wholesale 12-pack of Grower's Select monotubs — our own heavy-wall fruiting chambers, fully outfitted with filter disks, hole plugs and liners. Choose small 28Q, medium 44Q or large 66Q. Built for shops restocking shelves, instructors outfitting a class, and growers setting up a room of tubs at once.
Twelve is the size where outfitting tubs yourself stops making sense. Every tub in the case is drilled, filtered and lined the same way, so you open the box and start spawning — no drill, no hole saw, no chasing filter disks.

Pick the size by how much bulk substrate you want to run per tub. Amounts below are guidelines — experienced growers adjust by species and substrate depth.

How to run a monotub
- Line the tub. Fit a liner into a clean tub. The liner keeps the substrate off the plastic and makes cleanup a matter of lifting it out.
- Plug the holes and spawn. Insert the plugs, then mix colonized grain spawn into pasteurized bulk substrate at about 1 part grain to 3 parts substrate. Level the surface.
- Colonize. Keep the lid on and plugs in, at room temperature, until white mycelium covers the surface.
- Switch to fruiting. Pull the plugs so the filter disks can exchange air, give the tub indirect light, and keep the surface humid.
- Harvest and repeat. Pick each flush, rehydrate the cake, and run additional flushes. When the tub is spent, pull the liner and clean the tub for the next run.
Mixing sizes? Each 12-pack is one size. If you want a spread of sizes for a retail shelf, order a case of each — or buy single tubs to fill in.

Is each 12-pack one size, or can I mix sizes?
Each 12-pack is a single size. Choose 28Q, 44Q or 66Q at checkout, and order one case of each size if you want a mix.
What comes with each tub?
Every Grower's Select tub includes pre-drilled air exchange holes, 2.5" adhesive filter disks, hole plugs, and a custom pre-cut monotub liner. The small 28Q has 4 holes, 4 filter disks and 4 plugs; the medium 44Q and large 66Q have 6 of each.
How much substrate does each size take?
As a guide: the 28Q takes one 24–32 oz grain jar or half a spawn bag with 4–5 lbs of bulk substrate; the 44Q takes one spawn bag or two 32 oz jars with 7.5 lbs of substrate; the 66Q takes two spawn bags or 3–4 quart jars with up to 10 lbs of substrate. That works out to roughly 1 part grain to 3 parts substrate.
Can the tubs be stacked?
Yes. The reinforced base supports stacking up to 10 tubs.
Are the tubs reusable?
Yes. Pull the liner at the end of a grow, wash and disinfect the tub, then fit a new liner and filter disks for the next run. Replacement lids are sold separately.
Do you sell Grower's Select tubs by the pallet?
Yes. Full pallets hold 252 small 28Q tubs, 180 medium 44Q tubs, or 150 large 66Q tubs, each fully outfitted, with freight included to the lower 48 United States.
