Description

The Myco Labs 350W Mushroom Dehydrator is built around mushrooms: five extra-tall trays and a double-height top tray let you dry large caps and whole clusters without slicing them, while an adjustable 95–165°F thermostat keeps the heat low and even.

A 350W heating element with 360° air circulation dries evenly across every tray, even at the lowest setting — the gentle low-heat drying mushrooms need to keep their flavor and texture. It works just as well for herbs, vegetables, spices and jerky.

Why growers pick this dehydrator

  • Dry mushrooms whole – Extra-tall custom-molded trays hold big caps and clusters without cutting them down.
  • Double-height top tray – Over 2.5" of clearance for your largest mushrooms.
  • Even, low heat – A 350W element with 360° air circulation eliminates hot spots and dries effectively at low temperatures.
  • Easy temperature control – Dial it anywhere from 95°F to 165°F with a single knob.
  • Heavy-duty trays – Solid polypropylene trays built for repeated use.

How to dry mushrooms

  1. Harvest. Pick mushrooms just before or as the veils break and brush off any substrate.
  2. Load the trays. Lay mushrooms in a single layer with space between them; put the biggest ones on the double-height top tray.
  3. Set low heat. Most mushrooms dry best at about 95–106°F.
  4. Dry until cracker-dry. Run until the stems snap cleanly instead of bending.
  5. Store airtight. Cool, then seal in an airtight jar or bag with a desiccant.

FAQ

What temperature should I dry mushrooms at?

Most mushrooms dry best at low heat, around 95–106°F. The dial goes from 95°F up to 165°F, so you can also use it for herbs, vegetables and jerky.

Do I need to cut my mushrooms?

Usually not. The extra-tall trays hold large caps and clusters whole, and the double-height top tray has over 2.5" of clearance for the biggest ones.

How do I know when they are dry?

They should be cracker-dry — stems snap cleanly instead of bending. Any give means they need more time.

How many trays does it have?

Five extra-tall trays, including the double-height top tray.

Can I dry other foods?

Yes. It works for herbs, vegetables, fruit, spices and jerky too.

What is the warranty?

Every dehydrator is covered by a 1-year replacement warranty.
