Beautiful piece. Love the wood style with engraving. 3 different style handle to choose from to use and a blade with every angle you could want or need is included. I believe it was 9 different angles blades.

Absolutely awesome set of harvesting knives. Came with many extra blades in every shape and size you could need, plus I love the different handle options! 10/10 for sure.

I always thought picking by hand was the only way to properly harvest mushrooms, Nope! Now I know! I would have to pick clusters with one big mushroom ready and along with it came smaller ones that I felt like could have matured, well duh, use the #12 blade and let the little ones mature! Works great! The 2 page guide is worth the price alone!! I almost bought a similar set on Amazon but Midwest is actually $5.00 cheaper! Crazy!

These blades are sharper than any kitchen or deer knife we own. Able to make a clean cut for less odds of contamination. I also set out one blade to take with me when I harvest in the wild. I absolutely love this kit and was able to get on sale at a super great price. The only thing I would remotely say, which isn’t bad at all, would be a cover to take it in your pocket but other than that great for the at home grower. Thank you for your continuing education in this field to give your growers the best products!!

I think I should be able to use this for transferring agar to agar plates or to jars/bags. You rock midwest!
