I received my Black Cow about 7 days ago. The consistency is denser, I threw some gloves on and just used my hands to loosen it up as I sprinkled it and spread it into my bulk container with my spawn bags. So far so good! Side by side comparison is easily noticed in about 4 days. Much faster growth and aggressive. The way the mycellium colonizes this is different. It pokes through right away. I can easily see how this stuff is going to be awesome. Will post full review after all is done!

really great stuff, got 2 of these about 4 weeks ago as a free sample with my regular casing order and I am a fan! I like the consistency. I definitely noticed the very black color and almost a richness of the soil. I expected a manure smell, but it wasnt bad! Really just a slight hint of it. I had 8 trays I needed to do so I mixed 6 with the regular casing I've purchased for years now and 2 trays with the cow manure. Immediately I noticed the manure trays were the first to show white poking through. Literally 3 days I saw it. This continued to pin first and fruit first! Overall the biggest advantage to this as I can see is much faster colonization times and more pins sooner. Its too soon to say whether this will produce more total weight, as the regular trays are catching up, but looks promising! I will review again when all is said and done! Thanks for the sample and glad to see you guys are now selling it!

This stuff is amazing came in just a few days and after mixing my colonised grain with it it was less than 5 days before it was ready to go in the fc. Only issue I had wasn't really an issue at all I had to add about half a cup of water to it to get to field capacity.

I used this along with the 5-grain about 4 weeks back and it gave off a great yeipd. Recommend
