Came right on time as always. No hot spots. Perfect size. It’s a little too hot to put directly under a tote if you don’t have anything in the bottom. I have my tote up on ½” wood pieces and a thick towel underneath my bags and jars. Works perfect. Way better than doubling up and having an aquarium heater.

The Liquid graphite heating Matt can keep great temperatures for either inoculation or fruiting. I’ve gotten up to 79 degrees in my 70 degree home. It can also be good for fruiting if you have a normally cooler home. Would definitely reccomend if you don’t want a base port heater or normal heater to break your bank!!!

Wish I had this from the start!

This thing is great for getting a steady temperature, much better than a space heater. It's large, long enough to set four grow bags on it. And it's very flat.

There's no thermometer on it, so you have to get one separately. I got a combo hygrometer/thermometer at a local hardware store.

The dial doesn't have a baseline on it, so I inscribed one with an EXacto knife. I experimented to find the right setting. The highest started to go above 31C, so I backed it off until now it keeps my grow box at 27C. I waited 30 minutes between settings to allow temperatures to settle. Then I cut a mark in the controller base for a reference line.

    Happy customer, again.

I wanted to see if I could get away from the tub in tub set up as it was time consuming and a pain. I bought one of these mats hoping it would be all that I would need. It is! I put the mat between pieces of cardboard and set the jars on top of them. It's been 2 weeks and things are growing great. To get the temp I wanted initially, I turned on the mat and set a thermometer on it. I kept adjusting it until it was where I wanted it. It took a little time to do but the results you get are well worth it.
