Works perfectly, used it to clone a melmac p.e. and the contrast between the mycelium and the balck agar is amazing

These also were amazing and as soon as we put a piece of mushroom we're cloning in it we waited ONE DAY and looked and it was already starting to colonize!!! Truly Magnificent!!! We will definitely be purchasing more of these in the future for sure!!! Thank You Again.

First time using agar and it's been fun learning. Love the contrast too.

These black plates arrived on time and tightly wrapped. Oftentimes, I find a lot of water in the plates I purchase. However, these were dry and no contaminants. Once unwrapped, they are easy to work with. The black plates seem to grow mycelium faster than other mediums.

Love working with these over the regular ones! I really can see the new growth right when it starts! 5/5 stars!
