(NEW SIZE FOR LARGER GROWS) SAVE YOURSELF $$$ AND TURN ONE SPORE SYRINGE INTO 40! Use this to maximize your next growing project. Our Premium XL Liquid Culture Kit saves you time and money on your grow. There are multiple ways to use a liquid culture. You can simply inject 3-5 cc's of your favorite spores in the culture jar or an even better way is to start your spores on an agar plate, then transfer the best looking mycelium to the liquid culture. Either way in a few days it will be ready to inject into any substrate jar or spawn bag. It will cut down your colonization times by over a week!

    How it works

Our proprietary blend of sugars and fermented grain proteins provide the perfect liquid environment for mushroom spores to germinate and turn into liquid mycelium (the first stage of mushroom growing). Simply inject 3-5cc’s of your favorite spores into the jar, incubate at 76-82 degrees for 4-5 days and a white cloud of mycelium will start to form. Stir the jar using the included magnet and magnetic mixing bar to break up the mycelium. Insert the large 60cc syringe back into the jar and fill it up. Now you are ready to inoculate a large quantity of substrate jars or spawn bags! Once the jar is full of mycelium it can be stored in the fridge for up to 3-4 months and used as needed! Liquid cultures should be used within 2-3 weeks of receiving and stored in the fridge prior to use. Please open and check this product upon receiving to ensure no shipping damage or leakage. We guarantee our liquid culture jars & will replace if there are any issues!

Purchased 5 liquid culture kits about 2 weeks ago, they arrived within 2 days, thank you for the fast shipping! I inoculated with 5 different strains and all of them are looking very healthy after 7 days. Mycolabs answered all my questions and took a look at pictures for me over Live Chat to let me know things looked good! No other company has this level of service! Look around you'll see!

    Perfect Size!

Inoculated my XL Culture 5 days ago and seeing a thick layer of mycelium on the bottom and floating inside. I have a bunch of spawn bags to knock up and I like to use 10-15CC's per bag for faster growth. Wish you guys offered this last year! Oh well

    It worked well for me

    Pros:
    • Rapid growth
    • clear water
    Cons:
It's been a week after inoculation and the fungal blob is 2" in diameter. Tomorrow I'll put it into the fridge to slow it down. There was some debris that I guessed were minerals which have dissolved now. The water is very clear and without contamination. I used a spore syringe and 1cc of inoculant which grew rapidly. The next step is to culture some in a dish and then transfer it to a slant for long term storage. This is my first attempt at mushrooms. I used a still air box I made from a big tote. This one liquid culture jar will hold all of this variety that I'll need for a quite a while. I'll get new jars when I get new strains.
